At Bin Brothers, our goal has always been simple:

Provide reliable, affordable bin rental services while delivering the level of service our customers have come to expect.

Due to the continued rise in diesel fuel costs, we are implementing a temporary fuel surcharge on bin rentals. This adjustment allows us to manage increased transportation expenses without raising our base rental prices.

The surcharge is calculated as follows:

• A baseline diesel price of $1.60/L is included in all rental pricing
• For every $0.10/L increase above this baseline, a $2.50 surcharge per bin is applied

This approach allows us to remain fair, transparent, and consistent while continuing to provide the reliable service our customers expect.

The fuel surcharge will be calculated based on the average cost per litre of diesel during the week of rental. We have setup an automated algorithm to handle these calculations.

We want to be clear and transparent:

• The fuel surcharge will apply only to the bin rental portion
• No fuel surcharge will be applied to any overage or additional disposal charges
• This approach ensures fairness while keeping our pricing structure as consistent and predictable as possible

Our intention with this change is to protect the value we offer — maintaining dependable service, timely deliveries, and the same level of care and professionalism you expect from our team.
